Abstract
Peu d’études ont examiné les caractéristiques efficaces de la musique pour soutenir la pleine conscience. Nous avons utilisé une approche de recherche-création où les participants ont médité en écoutant une piste musicale composée dans ce but. Le chercheur l’a ajusté itérativement, privilégiant la simplicité, la continuité, les microvariations et une tessiture équilibrée. Les résultats ont montré que ces éléments soutenaient la pleine conscience, tandis que les événements soudains ou une mélodie saillante s’avéraient moins favorables. La dernière version de la piste a optimalement soutenu la pleine conscience des participants. Ces résultats enrichissent notre compréhension de la relation musique-pleine conscience.
