Abstract
Penelitian dilaksanakan terhadap guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) se-Kecamatan Ulim Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Dengan menganalisis kinerja guru terkait dengan Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mencari pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti. Dan teknis analisis dengan model jalur. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dihasilkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan antar variabel eksogen (Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru). 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 24,46%, 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 46,36%. 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 19,72%. 5) Secara simultan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja memberi kontribusi positif kinerja guru sebesar 50,2%.
