Abstract
Objetivo principal: Identificar los síntomas desagradables durante la fase ambulatoria de la revascularización miocárdica. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal, en 80 pacientes con revascularización miocárdica atendidos en una entidad de salud de Cúcuta – Colombia. Se aplicó la escala de McGill y el formato de seguimiento de síntomas desagradables con mediciones en dos momentos, a los tres y treinta días posteriores al alta. Resultados principales: A los 30 días de posoperatorio ambulatorio, se encontró una disminución considerable en la alteración del sueño y tensión muscular, se consideró el dolor el síntoma más prevalente, con diferencias significativas (p < 0.05). Conclusión principal: Las acciones de enfermería dirigidas al control de los síntomas desagradables durante la fase ambulatoria de revascularización miocárdica, son fundamentales para prevenir reingresos, promover autonomía del paciente y su reintegro social.
