Abstract
Les catégories sociales des Créoles et des Bossales ont façonné contemporainement la nation haïtienne, mais les contributions des Bossales en matière de connaissances et d’expériences ont souvent été négligées. Cette étude examine si cette négligence est liée au processus de créolisation captive, un héritage des fractures sociales du système colonial. Utilisant une approche d’interactionnisme historicosocial, cet article explore cette fracture coloniale. À travers des enquêtes de terrain selon la méthode conversationnelle avec des acteurs ruraux de la péninsule Sud d’Haïti, fondée sur une approche épistémique décoloniale plurielle, cette recherche révèle que le lakou haïtien, en tant qu’épistémè bossale, représente un paradigme endogène de résistance sociohistorique et de solidarité communale qui a été marginalisé. Nous soutenons que cette marginalisation résulte d’une créolisation captive enracinée dans une forme d’injustice épistémique.
