Abstract
На сегодняшний день по данным ВОЗ 2024 года количество людей с КИ превысило 700 000 человек и это число из года в год растет. Цель исследования: оценить эффективность реабилитации больных после кохлеарной имплантации в течении 3 лет. Материал и методы исследования: нами были отобраны 100 прелингвальных пациентов различной возрастной категории без сопутствующей неврологической и другой патологией. Исследование показало, что эффективность реабилитации прелингвальных больных после кохлеарной имплантации напрямую зависит от длительности ношения речевого процессора и окружающей среды ребенка, при не мало важно вовлечение в процесс реабилитации членов семьи, которые должны принимать активное участие в общении с ребенком после операции.
