Au Québec, un programme de formation défini en termes de compétences est implanté dans les écoles depuis septembre 2000. Parmi les actions réalisées pour en assurer l’application, un projet d’accompagnement-recherche-formation vise l’accompagnement de personnes-ressources pour la mise en œuvre de ce programme. L’article présente globalement le contexte de changement, le sens donné à accompagnement et décrit le projet Accompagnement–Recherche–Formation (PARF) ainsi que les aspects méthodologiques de la démarche dont la pratique réflexive est un aspect majeur. Il précise ce qu’est la pratique réflexive et propose des moyens à utiliser pour ce type d’accompagnement.
