Au Québec, la formation initiale en enseignement se déroule alternativement en milieu universitaire et en milieu scolaire. L’enseignant associé a un rôle crucial et complexe à jouer auprès du stagiaire (Gervais & Correa Molina, 2005). Il est encouragé à suivre une formation qui vise à le guider dans l’exercice de ce rôle (Portelance et al., 2008). Quelle est son appréciation de la formation reçue ? Des entretiens individuels ont été réalisés auprès de dix enseignants associés formés. L’analyse des données dévoile les effets perçus de la formation sur le développement professionnel d’enseignant associé et d’enseignant et sur la construction de l’identité individuelle et collective d’enseignant associé
