Abstract
Wilayah dengan berbagai aktivitas seperti ekonomi dan sosial memerlukan sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung keberlangsungan aktivitas tersebut. Tingginya aktivitas dan banyaknya sarana dapat membentuk pusat kegiatan yang mempercepat perkembangan wilayah. Pertumbuhan penduduk juga mempengaruhi perkembangan wilayah. Berdasarkan Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 RTRW Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2023- 2043, Kecamatan Ambarawa ditetapkan sebagai pusat kegiatan lokal yang melayani permukiman, perdagangan, jasa, serta menjadi pusat pengembangan pariwisata, pertanian, danperikanan untuk kecamatan sekitarnya. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan kebutuhan sarana perkotaan. Ambarawa juga termasuk dalam Kawasan Strategis Kedungsepur yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di sekitar Kota Semarang (Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No 60Tahun 2022). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pusat dan fungsi pelayanan kota di Kecamatan Ambarawa dengan melihat ketersediaan sarana di 10 desa/kelurahan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi telaah dokumen dan observasi, mencakup status desa kota, kependudukan, fasilitas perkotaan, penggunaan lahan, dan sistem jaringan jalan. Analisis yang dilakukan mencakup identifikasi kependudukan, penggunaan lahan, origindestination, kepadatan bangunan, kepadatan sarana strategis, kerapatan jaringan jalan (Kernel Density), dan analisis Global Human Settlement Layer. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima SWP dengan fungsi yang berbeda, meliputi perdagangan, jasa, fasilitas umum, sosial, pariwisata, militer, pertanian, dan perumahan dengan berbagai kepadatan.
