Danau Tondano merupakan sumber air baku strategis di Sulawesi Utara yang mengalami tekanan akibat aktivitas antropogenik, seperti limbah domestik, pertanian, dan pertumbuhan eceng gondok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas air Danau Tondano secara menyeluruh melalui evaluasi temporal, penilaian mutu air menggunakan Water Quality Index (WQI) dan Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Water Quality Index (CCME-WQI), analisis hubungan antarparameter menggunakan korelasi Spearman, serta identifikasi parameter dominan melalui Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Data diperoleh dari sistem pemantauan kualitas air otomatis (ONLIMO) milik Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia, yang dioperasikan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Minahasa, dengan periode pengamatan Januari 2024 hingga Februari 2025. Analisis dimulai dengan pembersihan data dari nilai kosong dan outlier menggunakan metode imputasi median serta regresi robust (Huber dan Theil-Sen). Evaluasi temporal dilakukan dengan memodelkan tren jangka panjang tiap parameter secara statistik. Hasil perhitungan WQI dan CCME-WQI menunjukkan bahwa mutu air berada pada kategori sedang hingga marginal. Analisis tren temporal memperlihatkan pola perbaikan kualitas pada parameter tertentu seperti COD dan TSS, yang berkaitan dengan musim dan pengelolaan lingkungan. Data pendukung berupa curah hujan dan suhu dari BMKG juga digunakan untuk mendukung analisis tren temporal. Korelasi Spearman menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antarparameter, yang kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar dalam identifikasi parameter dominan menggunakan PCA. PCA mengungkap bahwa Nitrat, Amonium, dan TSS memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap variasi kualitas air. Pendekatan integratif ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh atas dinamika kualitas air Danau Tondano dan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk pengelolaan dan konservasi danau secara berkelanjutan.
