Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This article offers a diagnosis of the predominant risk factors on Mexico's southern border, which result in the violation of migrants' human rights during their journey to the United States or Canada. The research approach is mixed: it integrates the legal method, legal sociology, comparative law, and case studies, with the aim of recommending migration policies that guarantee respect for migrants' human rights while ensuring their safe journey and residence in our country.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
