Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In this paper, we study the behavior of monkeypox spread by constructing a compartmental model describing virus transmission between humans, animals, and the environment. The model incorporates vaccination on susceptible humans, quarantine on exposed humans, and hospitalization on infected humans. A saturated incidence rate is applied to obtain a more realistic model. The model's basic reproduction number ($R_0$) is obtained by applying the next generation matrix method. The analysis shows that the local stability of the equilibrium points depends on the value of $R_0$, and it is also shown that the model undergoes forward bifurcation. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis and numerical simulations were conducted to illustrate the analytical results.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
