Cette recherche s’interroge sur les actions qui peuvent être mises en place par l’enseignant afin de venir aider l’élève à solutionner un problème faisant appel à plusieurs savoirs mathématiques. Comment l’enseignant s’y prend-il pour permettre à l’élève d’avancer, sans pour autant lui donner les réponses et l’empêcher de faire preuve de créativité dans la conception d’une démarche de résolution? Les constats permettent d’observer que les actions mises en place peuvent modifier ou orienter le travail de l’élève à travers les différentes phases du processus de résolution d’un problème.
