L’entretien de supervision reste un moment complexe nécessitant, entre autres, de la part du superviseur, de prendre en compte les éléments de singularité qui émergent du contexte ou de l’étudiant. Cette contribution s’intéresse à la façon dont le superviseur s’empare de ceux-ci pour réguler son accompagnement et construire son jugement évaluatif au terme de l’entretien. Cette étude, ancrée dans la formation initiale des enseignants en Belgique francophone, vise un double objectif : d’une part, examiner l’activité évaluative du superviseur durant cet entretien et, d’autre part, soutenir la réflexion, dans un contexte de réforme, sur les modalités d’organisation, d’accompagnement et d’évaluation des stages. L’étude a pour but de répondre aux questions de recherche suivantes : comment le superviseur gère-t-il des éléments de singularité liés au contexte du stage ? Comment ces éléments de singularité contribuent-ils à la construction d’ajustements évaluatifs au service du jugement évaluatif final ? Nous avons opté pour une étude de cas unique (Dumez, 2013 ; Merriam, 1988) s’inscrivant dans une approche qualitative à visée compréhensive et interprétative. L’analyse de contenu donne à voir comment un élément de singularité évoqué par l’étudiante lors des deux entretiens de supervision est mobilisé par chaque superviseure pour produire un ajustement au service du jugement évaluatif final.
