El presente estudio examinó la influencia del liderazgo pedagógico en la implementación de estrategias de educación inclusiva en instituciones públicas de Ecuador, respondiendo a la necesidad de fortalecer la equidad y la participación en el sistema educativo nacional. Se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo-experimental, aplicando encuestas estructuradas a una muestra representativa de 500 directivos y docentes seleccionados mediante muestreo estratificado. El análisis de los datos, realizado con técnicas descriptivas e inferenciales, evidenció que la gestión curricular inclusiva es el principal predictor de la adopción de prácticas inclusivas, seguida por la visión compartida y el desarrollo profesional docente. Los resultados muestran que el liderazgo pedagógico no solo orienta la política institucional, sino que transforma la cultura escolar y favorece la superación de barreras tradicionales. Sin embargo, se identificaron brechas significativas en la provisión de recursos y en la equidad territorial, especialmente en la Amazonía, lo que sugiere la necesidad de políticas diferenciadas y formación continua para los líderes escolares. Se concluye que el liderazgo pedagógico, ejercido de manera estratégica y comprometida, es fundamental para consolidar una educación inclusiva de calidad. Se recomienda fortalecer los programas de formación en liderazgo inclusivo, mejorar la asignación de recursos y promover la investigación aplicada para orientar la toma de decisiones en el sistema educativo ecuatoriano.
