Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This research article sheds light upon how Grundtvig’s ideas are a substantial part of the cultural heritage that is conveyed through Norwegian schools, and that this heritage is an important part of the schooling and education in Norway, also in our own time. I will enlighten this thesis through three examples. The first of these is Hartvig Nissen, who had a decisive influence on the Public School Act in 1860. The second is Helge Sivertsen, who is regarded as one of the architects behind the PublicSchool Act in 1969. I will also showcase how Grundtvig’s ideas point forward to today’s schooling and education. The relationship between Grundtvig and Norwegian education is underexposed, and this article will meet a need for more research on this topic. Keywords: Grundtvig, Norwegian school history, 18th century, 19th century, 20th century, cultural heritage

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
