Abstract
Intrintsekoki desordenatutako proteinek ez dute egitura tridimentsional finkorik eta horrek aukera ematen die lotura-bikote desberdinekin elkarreragiteko; ezaugarri hau bereziki garrantzitsua da seinalizazio eta gene-erregulazio prozesuetan. CBP/p300 azetil-transferasa koaktibatzaile nabarmena da eta transkripzio faktoreekin elkarreragiten du, sarritan haien transaktibazio-domeinuetan dauden Φ-X-X-Φ-Φ motibo desordenatuak identifikatuz. Miokardina berriz, bihotzeko eta muskulu leun baskularreko zelulen desberdintzapenean funtsezko transkripzio faktorea da.
