Abstract
A pesquisa tem como objectivo geral analisar o impacto do projecto x no empoderamento Económico e Social das Mulheres da comunidade Y no Distrito de Ribaué. Quanto à metodologia, foi usada a pesquisa qualitativa quanto abordagem. A técnica de recolha de dados foi usada a entrevista semi-estruturada, com o total de 7 participantes da pesquisa. Com o estudo, conclui – se que a partir da implementação do projecto x houve impactos significativos na vida das beneficiaras, desde o aumento da capacidade produtiva das mulheres associadas e de comercialização. O projecto traduziu – se num aumento considerável das receitas agrícolas, mas também da pluriactividade, que permitiu o aumento dos rendimentos, mas também uma maior emancipação económica das mulheres associadas. Para além da formação agrícola, as mulheres questionaram dinâmicas hierárquicas de género, dentro e fora do agregado familiar, o que lhes permitiu ampliar a percepção acerca de si próprias e promover uma maior igualdade no desempenho de papéis sociais, numa perspectiva de género. Por fim, chamamos atenção de que o empoderamento das mulheres não passa unicamente pela implementação de políticas agrárias que promovam o desenvolvimento da agricultura, mas exige um conjunto de políticas mais alargadas, de cariz macroeconómico e social, que promovam a diversificação da economia, integração nos mercados e na socialização.
