ABS0080 THREE YEARS REAL WORLD PERSISTENCE DATA OF FRESENIUS KABI – ADALIMUMAB BIOSIMILAR (FK-ada), MSB11022, IN INFLAMMATORY ARTHRITIS (IA)
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Background: Objectives: The objective of the analysis was to understand the long-term (36 months) persistence of FK- ada in inflammatory arthritis patients who had either a mandatory switch from Humira, or patients who switched from other adalimumab biosimilars, or biologic-naïve patients. Humira, and other adalimumab biosimilars switched to FK-ada were combined into one "adalimumab only" switch cohort presented here. Methods: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) enrolled in KabiCare and who received at least one dose of FK-adalimumab biosimilar, MSB 11022, were follow-up from Feb 2021 to Nov 21, 2024, in Canada. Medication initiation date and stop date, disease type and patient previous treatment were recorded in the database. The stop date was the date when KabiCare was informed that medication was discontinued. For Kaplan Meier estimators of persistence on treatment, patients continuing medication were censored at the maximal follow-up date, November 21, 2024. Log-rank tests were used to examine if there were differences in medication persistence/adherence among RA, PsA and AS, and between naïve group vs. switch group by disease. The analysis further explored if gender and age affected treatment persistence. Results: A total of 4324 AI patients were followed (2008 RA, 1344 AS and 972 AS). Combined IA patients at 36 months: 72% (95% CI [69%, 75%]) of patients that switched from Humira, or adalimumab biosimilar, to FK-ada persisted on FK-ada treatment; whereas 48% (95% CI [45%, 52%]) of biologic naïve patients persisted on FK-ada (Figure 1A). At 36 months for RA patients: >68 years old patients showed persistence estimate of 62% ([57%, 67%]) and was significantly higher vs. 18-42 years old patients with persistence of 42% ([32%, 52%]). 43-67 years old patient group had persistence rate estimate of 56% ([51%, 60%]). Age was not a significant factor impacting MSB11022 persistence for PsA or AS patients (Figure 2B-D). At 36 months, male PsA & AS patients showed higher persistence probability versus female PsA and AS patients (PsA: 69% vs 53% and AS: 69% vs 49%; P < 0.001). No difference for male and female persistence probability in RA patients were observed (Figure 3B-D). Conclusion: In general, Humira and adalimumab biosimilars to FK-ada switch showed high persistence probability at 36 months for the inflammatory arthritis diseases: RA/PsA/AS. Older aged was associated with a longer persistence probability in RA; whereas male gender for patients with PsA/AS was associated with a longer persistence probability for patients on FK-ada. Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
