Abstract
This essay explores the multifaceted factors influencing job satisfaction among loco pilots in two railway divisions in South India. Job satisfaction among loco pilots is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and goods (Loco-Pilots given Head Quarter Rest, Out Station Rest and Periodic ..., 2024). The study examines various aspects of their working conditions, including duty hours, rest periods, and the availability of essential facilities, to understand their impact on overall job satisfaction (Anupama Ramakrishnan, 2023).
