Abstract

Sampai dengan tahun 2023, terdapat 50 bangunan usaha kandang ternak ayam di wilayah Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi. Bersamaan dengan perkembangan kawasan permukiman penduduk, terjadi konflik antara usaha peternakan unggas (ayam) dengan warga permukiman. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data meliputi: analisis variabel pemanfaatan lahan, analisis pemanfaatan lahan, analisis peta/SIG, dan analisis SWOT kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa merujuk matrix ITBX Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) Kawasan Perkotaan Binangga kategori kandang hewan masuk dalam zona peruntukan lainnya, hasil dari peraturan zonasi di RDTR Kawasan Perkotaan Binangga yaitu kawasan yang mempunyai izin terbatas dalam membangun kandang ternak yaitu R4 (perumahan kepadatan rendah), R3 (perumahan kepadatan sedang), dan R2 (perumahan kepadatan tinggi). Sedangkan kawasan yang di izinkan untuk digunakan lahan kegiatan usaha peternakan ayam yaitu P4 (Peternakan), P3 (Perkebunan), P2 (Holtikultura) dan P1 (Tanaman Pangan). Kelas kesesuaian penggunaan lahan untuk peternakan ayam S1 sebesar 1.521,173 ha (53,07%), S2 sekitar 767,61 ha (26,78%), dan N yaitu 577,73 ha (20,15%). Kelas pemanfaatan lahan untuk peternakan ayam S1 sebesar 874,522 ha (30,51%), S2 seluas 979,973 ha (34,19%), dan N 1012,01 ha (35,30%). Arahan spasial pemanfaatan lahan usaha peternakan ayam pada kondisi eksisting terdapat 7 kandang termasuk kategori sesuai standar, kategori cukup sesuai 11 kandang, dan kategori tidak sesuai standar 32 kandang. Arahan spasial pemanfaatan lahan diperoleh dari hasil penggabungan antara matrix ITBX, analisis kesesuain penggunaan lahan, dan analisis pemanfaatan lahan menghasilkan peta arahan spasial pemanfaatan lahan usaha serta lokasi untuk kegiatan usaha peternakan ayam di Kecamatan Marawola.
