Abstract
ADCs represent a promising therapeutic approach for ovarian cancer, particularly HGSOC. However, the expression patterns of key ADC targets remain unclear. This study evaluates the expression of five ADC targets—folate receptor-α (FRα), HER2, cadherin-6 (CDH6), trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2), and B7-H4—in primary and post-chemotherapy tumors to assess their potential therapeutic applicability.
