Abstract
The aim of research was to study the prospects of integration of the functioning of the network form of business entities with a view to innovative development of the national economy.To this end, the European experience has been reviewed and clustering by comparing the peculiarities of this process in Russia.The subject of the study were the organizational and economic relations between the participants of integrated units, which applied the modern concept of neo-institutionalism. On the basis of the approach proposed business model innovation networks, modernized methods of strategic management and klientoorietirovannogo approach formed the organizational structure of innovative network management.This management model will allow balanced development is not only a pilot clusters, but also throughout the meso-level of the economy, including small businesses, which form the entrepreneurial, innovative environment.
