Abstract
Azure B dye was removed by using snail shell (Rostellaria) Powder as an adsorbent. A series of experiments was done in a batch adsorption technique to examine the effects of the process variables i.e. concentration, initial pH, temperature and absorbent dose .Optimal state adsorption of Azure B was realized at the weight of 0.02 g of adsorbent, 7.00 mg/L of dye concentration, 20 minutes as the contact time, and the temperature of 298 K.
