Abstract
Background: Hepatotoxicity induced by Cyclosporine A (CsA) remains one of the major side effects. The aim of this study was to determine the protective effects of beet root (Beta Vulgaris L) extract and silymarin against hepatotoxicity induced by Cyclosporine A in rats.
