Achievement motivation is a core psychological factor that influences adolescent academic performance and lifelong development. Based on achievement goal theory, self-determination theory, and social cognitive theory, this paper systematically reviews the influence mechanism of achievement motivation and proposes intervention strategies centered on goal-oriented training, attribution reconstruction, and autonomous support. By analyzing practical cases in three scenarios: classroom teaching, home-school collaboration, and technology empowerment, this paper reveals effective paths for educational intervention and discusses realistic challenges such as cultural differences, individual heterogeneity, and assessment standardization.
