Abstract
Nous avons décrit et analysé l’expérience esthétique d’élèves en cinquième année du secondaire québécois (16-17 ans), telle qu’elle s’observe dans leurs écrits de la réception, plus précisément, dans trois formes d’écriture : des écrits réflexifs, métatextuels et d’invention. Dans cette contribution, nous montrons entre autres qu’une œuvre fictionnelle peut engendrer des émotions et du (dé)plaisir qui suscitent l’attention du sujet lecteur, et qu’elle permet, lorsqu’elle s’accompagne d’interventions didactiques structurées, la réflexivité du sujet lecteur, tant sur l’interprétation d’une œuvre que sur soi-même comme sujet éthique qui se pense dans le monde. Nous présentons que les écritures de la réception sont un apport à la verbalisation de l’expérience esthétique et qu’elles sont un espace des plus intéressants que les élèves sont capables d’occuper.
