Abstract
LOCA (Letter of Coordination Agreement) merupakan suatu kesepakatan operasional antara suatu pihak dengan pihak lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan studi terhadap kegiatan harian suatu kelompok dalam kondisi alamiah melalui observasi dan wawancara. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas data pada informasi aeronautika, maka diperlukan adanya pertemuan secara periodik antara PIA Wilayah Jakarta dengan sumber data untuk membahas dan mereview kembali mengenai masalah yang belum sesuai dengan LOCA yang telah disepakati.
