Abstract
Artiklen behandler klimasøgsmål mod private virksomheder som et nyt erstatningsretligt fænomen. Med udgangspunkt i sager ført ved nationale domstole i Europa identificeres tre forskellige kategorier af søgsmål, og det overvejes, om lignende søgsmål ville kunne have succes ved danske domstole. Sluttelig berøres mulighederne for at overvælte tab påført en virksomhed gennem klimasøgsmål på staten via international investeringsbeskyttelsesret.
