Denne Studieudgave, som er en kompakt fremstilling af Køb – Dansk indenlandsk købsret (5. udgave 2020), er skrevet med 1.-års-jurastuderende for øje. Bogen handler om dansk indenlandsk køb, dvs. køb af løsøre i henhold til købeloven af 1906 (med senere ændringer): KBL. Denne omarbejdede 3. udgave af Studieudgaven redegør for de omfattende KBL-ændringer, som med virkning fra 1. januar 2022 implementerer EU-varedirektivet: Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets direktiv (EU) 2019/771 af 20. maj 2019 om visse aspekter af aftaler om salg af varer; desuden EU-direktivet om levering af digitalt indhold og digitale tjenester: Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets direktiv (EU) 2019/770 af 20. maj 2019.
