Abstract
Denne Studieudgave, som er en kompakt fremstilling af Køb – Dansk indenlandsk købsret (4. udgave 2015), er skrevet med 1.-års-jurastuderende for øje. Også nærværende fremstilling handler om dansk indenlandsk køb, dvs. køb af løsøre i henhold til købeloven af 1906 (med senere ændringer): KBL. I fremstillingen lægges der en del vægt på købe- og obligationsrettens almindelige/fælles kerne.
