The 9th Canadian Quality Congress Theme: Quality and Innovation in the 21st Century Special Sessions on Healthcare Quality and Innovation The conference focuses on the latest thinking in the areas of quality improvement strategies and innovations, knowledge management, success stories, case studies, lean management, Kaizen, six sigma, as applicable to healthcare indutries including stories from the manufacturing, government and educational institutions, and other sectors.
