The Job Training Center is a training institution needed by the community in the Central Papua Province. The construction of the Job Training Center is intended to prepare the community, especially in Central Papua Province, to become competent and professional local workers in facing competition with foreign workers. This study aims to determine the feasibility of building a job training center by considering aspects of employment, demographics, geography, economy, law, socio-culture, science and technology, and management. This study was conducted in Wanggar District, Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province, in November 2024. The results of the study indicate that the construction of the BLK is feasible in the Wanggar District, Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province.
