Abstract
Quantum Tango, 2025, connects Vancouver, London, and Milan through a real-time, interactive digital artwork. At each location, a screen and camera setup respond to local audience movement while revealing dynamic images and colour patterns influenced by activity in the other cities. Blending abstract visuals with interlaced captured images, the work creates a shared, evolving aesthetic experience across continents. Building on Edmonds’ earlier Communications Game (1971 on) and Cities Tango (2007 on) projects.
