Abstract
Fenomena pernikahan dini, poligami, dan quarter-life crisis dalam masyarakat Muslim kontemporer telah menjadi isu yang mempengaruhi kehidupan keluarga dan keputusan individu. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada kebutuhan untuk menyesuaikan hukum keluarga Islam dengan perubahan sosial dan psikologis yang terjadi dalam masyarakat saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana hukum keluarga Islam dapat merespons fenomena tersebut, dengan menekankan pentingnya kesiapan emosional dan psikologis individu dalam keputusan pernikahan dan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis komparatif, yang membandingkan perspektif psikososial dan pandangan hukum terkait fenomena-fenomena ini dalam konteks keluarga Muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum keluarga Islam, yang selama ini berorientasi pada teks klasik, perlu berkembang agar lebih fleksibel dan responsif terhadap kenyataan sosial, terutama dalam hal pernikahan dini dan poligami. Dalam hal pernikahan dini, penelitian menyoroti pentingnya kesiapan mental dan emosional pasangan, sedangkan dalam poligami, keadilan emosional harus menjadi fokus utama. Selain itu, fenomena quarter-life crisis mengharuskan individu untuk mendapatkan ruang bagi pemahaman diri yang lebih matang sebelum mengambil keputusan besar seperti pernikahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa hukum keluarga Islam perlu lebih progresif, inklusif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan psikologis dan sosial individu, agar dapat menciptakan kesejahteraan keluarga yang lebih baik dan relevansi dengan perkembangan zaman.
