Abstract
Cet article porte sur la situation socioéconomique des recycleurs informels dans le Sud global à partir de l’analyse de leur situation dans la ville de Manizales en Colombie. Nous présentons ici une description et une analyse de la situation sociale et économique de ces recycleurs, ainsi qu’une analyse des politiques publiques et de leurs effets sur cette situation. À partir de cette analyse sont identifiées cinq pistes d’action pour promouvoir des politiques publiques plus inclusives destinées à la situation de Manizales, mais également d’autres contextes en Amérique latine.
