Ante la presencia de los constructos de la justicia restaurativa en las medidas de la reparación integral del daño mencionadas en la Ley General de Víctimas, concatenadocon otros fundamentos legales existentes que la sustentan, así como por la operatividad jurídica que otorga y respalda una filosofía reparadora, se desarrolla el enfoquerestaurativo de la reparación del daño en el proceso penal mexicano en los casos de violencia familiar, particularmente en la mujer víctima de la violencia de su pareja.
