Abstract
近年，SDGsに象徴される「持続可能な経済社会」を実現すべく，国内外で「脱炭素化」や「省エネルギー化」に関連する幅広い取り組みが推進されている。電力や各種ユーティリティ流体が「いつ，どこで，どのくらい」消費されているかをきめ細かく可視化できなければ，「むだの是正」や「設備稼働運用の見直し」などの具体的かつ効果的な省エネルギー対策を講じることは難しいものとなる。一方で「可視化」のために大きなコストやエネルギー，人的労力を割くことは本末転倒な結果を招きかねないリスクがある。そこで,ユーティリティ流体使用量の可視化に最適な「クランプオン形超音波流量計 UC-1（以下 UC-1）」を東京計器株式会社と株式会社オーバルにて共同開発を行った。
