Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Introduction. Conclusion. Introduction. Food insecurity is a problem that affects all countries, regardless of their level of development. Governments are trying to put in place policies and interventions to eradicate it. The purpose of this article is to present a non-exhaustive literature review of the policies and interventions implemented in advanced countries such as the United States and Brazil, but also in a developing country - the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).Literature. Advanced countries have failed to implement effective policies to address the structural causes of food insecurity, concentrating their efforts on food aid policies whose effectiveness in resolving the problem of food insecurity remains mitigated. In the DRC, the situation is far more complex due to the multitude of factors at the origin of the problem, including political crises, armed conflicts and institutional weaknesses. Numerous programs put in place to eradicate food insecurity have still not produced results in this country, where almost 40 % of the population is affected by the problem.Conclusion. In both advanced and developing countries, efforts to address food insecurity will need to focus more effectively on the structural causes of the social inequalities that contribute to this situation.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
