Abstract
Kista ovarium adalah kantung berisi cairan atau jaringan yang berkembang di dalam atau di permukaan ovarium. Laporan kasus ini membahas seorang pasien perempuan berusia 26 tahun, G4P0A3, hamil 13-14 minggu, yang datang ke IGD dengan keluhan nyeri hebat di perut bawah dan keluarnya gumpalan darah. Diagnosis utama ditegakkan melalui anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dan penunjang berupa USG yang menunjukkan adanya massa di ovarium berukuran 6,65 cm x 8,77 cm. Penatalaksanaan dilakukan melalui tindakan laparatomi untuk mengangkat kista. Prognosis pasien baik dengan pemulihan yang menunjukkan perbaikan klinis secara bertahap. Laporan ini menegaskan pentingnya diagnosis dini dan pendekatan multidisiplin dalam menangani kista ovarium untuk mencegah komplikasi yang mengancam kehamilan dan kesehatan pasien.
