This paper provides a comprehensive review of postdistortion techniques used to mitigate nonlinear distortions in wireless communication systems. As modern systems demand higher data rates, throughput, and power efficiency, effectively addressing transmitter nonlinearities, particularly those arising from clipping noise and power amplifier distortions, has become increasingly crucial. We categorize and examine various postdistortion techniques, offering a comparative analysis of their performance, complexity, and efficiency. This review aims to offer valuable insights into the current state of postdistortion methods and their application in enhancing the linearity and overall performance of RF front-ends
