Dual-Polarized Waveguide-Based Array Antenna for D-Band Applications
Bibliographic record
Abstract
This paper presents simulation, fabrication, and measurement results of a dual-polarized$1 \times 16$array antenna based on corporate hollow waveguide feed network for operation over 131 GHz to 140 GHz. To support two orthogonal modes, the antenna is designed based on square waveguide. Different tuning parameters are introduced and optimized to improve impedance matching of vertical and horizontal polarizations and match them to -10 dB, independently. The antenna is compact with a total size of$13 ~\text{mm} \times 22 ~\text{mm}$with a small element spacing of$0.62 \lambda$at the center of the band. Simulation results show return loss of less than almost -10 dB and gain of over 19 dBi for both modes with 3 dB beamwidth of 70 deg. and 5 deg. for E - and H -planes, respectively. To fabricate and measure the designed prototype, an orthomode transducer has been designed and integrated with the antenna. The structure has been fabricated using conventional 3D printing technique on stainless steel to validate the computed results.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
