Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. The blessings of Allah on this earth are indeed abundant, yet only a few people are truly grateful. To be among the muttaqin means to be able to carry out Allah's commands, but in reality, only a few of His servants are able to live by such guidance. The increasing extent of urban slum areas across Indonesia each year serves as tangible evidence of this. Slum settlements are defined as uninhabitable areas due to irregular building patterns, high building density, and poor quality of housing and infrastructure that do not meet basic standards. Although the government has implemented numerous programs to address the growth of slum areas, these efforts have yet to yield significant results. Therefore, this study aims to propose an alternative planning approach for structuring slum areas from an Islamic perspective—one that incorporates and applies Islamic values. This research employs a qualitative method alongside the maudhu’i (thematic) interpretation method to interpret relevant Qur'anic verses. Through this approach, verses discussing the characteristics of slum settlements are identified, revealing how Islam discourages its followers from living in poverty.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
