Abstract
Co-designing resources to support relationships between caregivers and care providers of persons living with dementia (PLWD) was the first step to authentically engage with and meet diverse community needs. Now, we are continuing our participatory approach to deliver and measure the Our Dementia Journey Journal (ODJJ) to communities across Canada.
