Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper delves into the issue of diversity in arts management, emphasizing the inclusion of linguistic minorities. Recent scholarly work has expanded the discussion to cultural diversity and policy intersections, yet the issue of linguistic minorities remains underexplored. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the experiences of French-speaking communities outside Québec, Canada. Through the analysis of documents and interviews with directors of prominent French-language theaters, this research unveils the strategies, practices, and resources utilized by arts managers to thrive in a linguistic minority setting. The findings contribute to a broader understanding of diversity in arts management and the specific challenges faced by linguistic minority communities.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
