Défis et solutions pour combiner trois approches de conception issues de différentes disciplines dans une recherche-action en ergonomie

Abstract
Cet article examine une démarche de conception mise en œuvre dans le cadre d’un projet de recherche-action visant à soutenir la santé et la sécurité au travail dans un programme de formation préparatoire à l’emploi au Québec. Ce contexte spécifique d’alternance stage-études, caractérisé par des activités de travail complexes, des influences du sexe et du genre causant des iniquités en santé et une transition numérique rapide, a conduit à l’adoption de trois approches complémentaires de conception — l’approche de l’activité future, l’analyse différenciée selon le sexe et le genre plus (ADSG+) et le développement logiciel agile. L’étude concernée documente les défis rencontrés, notamment en matière de temporalités et de coordination des parties prenantes, tout en proposant des solutions adaptées pour tirer profit des avantages de cette combinaison. Les résultats montrent que l’importance relative de chaque approche diffère selon les étapes de conception et les besoins spécifiques. Deux exemples concrets mettent en lumière la démarche de conception des outils, avec une participation active des enseignant·es superviseur·es de stage. L’article contribue à enrichir les réflexions méthodologiques sur l’intégration d’approches complémentaires en conception, tout en soulignant l’importance de l’adaptabilité et de la réflexivité dans les projets participatifs et interdisciplinaires.
