Abstract
The field of metasurfaces became very mature and broad with numerous works in the past years [1]. However, the fabrication of nanostructures on large surface areas for the visible range remains challenging and limited to a few materials. Here, we present an unconventional fabrication approach using a bottom-up process with a solution of metal-oxides to target negligible side wall angles in barium titanate and allow for dense meta-atoms.
