Studi Deskriptif Penerapan Manajemen Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kalurahan Ngestiharjo, Kapanewon Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul

Abstract
Manajemen kelompok tani sangat penting dalam menunjang produktivitas dan kinerja kelompok, namun sebagian besar KWT masih belum menerapkan manajemen kelompok dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen KWT di Kalurahan Ngestiharjo, Kapanewon Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Juli-Agustus 2023. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuisioner, dan observasi. Penentuan kalurahan atau desa secara purposive dan responden merupakan dua pengurus atau anggota aktif dari masing-masing KWT se-Kalurahan Ngestiharjo. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan persentase penerapan fungsi manajemen: perencanaan sebesar 57,02% (kurang), pengorganisasian sebesar 47,69 % (kurang), pelaksanaan sebesar 66,17% (kurang), dan pengawasan sebesar 51,54% (kurang). Penyuluh pertanian perlu melakukan pendampingan yang lebih intensif terkait penerapan manajemen, terutama aspek pengorganisasian dan pengawasan.
