Abstract
Le Centre d’Hébergement d’Urgence Mouzaïa de la Fondation Armée du Salut situé à Paris valorise depuis 2019 le travail pair. Cette expérimentation se développe dans le cadre d’un Chantier d’insertion permettant aux personnes ayant connu l’expérience migratoire et ses effets traumatiques de bénéficier d’un accompagnement social et médico-social. L’objet de notre problématique est d’identifier les savoirs expérientiels mobilisés et sémantisés au sein d’ateliers du Chantier d’insertion. Comment dans ce contexte l’expérience des travailleurs pairs migrants est-elle sémantisée en savoirs expérientiels rares ? (Gardien, 2022). Notre enquête de terrain repose sur des observations de terrain et des extraits d’entretiens compréhensifs et collectifs. À partir de cinq variables, les principaux résultats issus de notre analyse tentent de montrer en quoi les savoirs expérientiels des travailleurs pairs migrants peuvent être qualifiés de rares : « L’expérience de la prise en charge institutionnelle » ; « Surmonter les traumatismes de l’exil » ; « Évoquer les situations extrêmes et dangereuses et pouvoir être ressource face à ces situations » ; « Développer des savoir-être, -dire et -faire orientés vers l’aller-vers, au contact des publics. Mobiliser des ressources culturelles et linguistiques ».
