Abstract
Cet article cherche à montrer que le paradigme de l’écologie des savoirs peut être utile pour la pratique du travail social en santé mentale. Pour ce faire, il présente une recherche ethnographique menée dans un dispositif d’écoute sociale réunissant un nombre égal de professionnel.les du champ de la santé mentale, de membres des familles et de personnes diagnostiquées. L’analyse des récits générés met en évidence les effets positifs de la participation au dispositif dialogique pour les différent.es participant.es. Ces résultats permettent d’envisager le transfert de ces pratiques dialogiques à d’autres domaines d’intervention du travail social.
