Abstract
Cet article explore comment le rôle d’intervenant et d’intervenante école-famille immigrante (IEFI) contribue aux finalités d’équité et d’inclusion pour les familles immigrantes. S’appuyant sur le cadre conceptuel de l’éducation inclusive, cet article est le résultat d’une analyse secondaire de données menée sur deux projets de recherche (2016, 2020) conduits auprès de 18 IEFI. Nos analyses illustrent une mobilisation importante des IEFI pour prendre en compte la diversité des familles dans l’offre de ressources qui leur est faite et soutenir leur réelle participation dans le parcours scolaire de leurs enfants. Le corpus analysé fait toutefois état de peu de pratiques qui visent la lutte contre les inégalités et les discriminations.
