Abstract
De 1940 à 1942, l'occupant allemand instaure en Belgique une législation qui progressivement éliminera les Juifs de la vie publique, économique, culturelle et sociale. Deux années au cours desquelles les mesures discriminatoires émises par le commandant militaire vont se succéder à un rythme de plus en plus soutenu : 3 décrets en 1940, 5 en 1941, 10 en 1942.
